Celebrating our 26th year, you're invited to experience the farm during June Bloom. A private residence and a small working farm since 2000, come to relax, reboot and reconnect with loved ones. Make memories in the countryside and celebrate the sweet, soothing properties of lavender. Gathering on the farm as a community is more important than ever. The world needs more lavender, right? 

Come to picnic. Take a farm tour. Craft a keepsake with sweetly scented soothing stems of stunning lavender. Ahhh, to Yoga under the shade of the Maple tree. Visit with local Master Gardeners and Beekeepers. Paint a bird house or quilt square. Cuddle pups and kitties and help support the Animal Protection Society of Caswell County with a donation and get your face painted for fun. Sample a flight of mead from Honeygirl Meadery. Local food! Come for breakfast and lunch. Order your lavender themed picnic ahead and it will be ready for you when you visit. Save room for the amazing Lavender Ice Cream Sandwiches sold under the shelter at the Lavender Love Shop & Farm Market. And so much more! A portion of your RSVP ticket will benefit the Animal Protection Society of Caswell County.

Need to Know

• Pre-paid General Admission and Workshop tickets are required to attend.
• Choose a General Admission morning ticket (9 a.m. to noon) or an afternoon ticket (noon to 4 p.m.). Stay as long as you wish.
• Kids under 15 receive free General Admission when accompanied by adult ticket holders.
• Early birds! Workshop tickets purchased in advance include your General Admission. No discounts if joining a workshop day-of.

Workshops and Attractions

Colorful & Magical Lavender Wand Master Class

If you love the idea of creating a colorful keepsake weaving with soothingly sweet lavender blooms, then this master class is for you! Spin fresh lavender stems with three colorful ribbons into a magical stunning work of art. For experienced hand crafters. (Ex. Knitting, crochet, embroidery, etc.) Includes "shucking" lavender (removing the fragrant florets from the stems) and tie up your very own sachet with preserved lavender too. Up to 1.5 hours for first-time makers. $29, supplies included. Space is limited. Paula Greer (Dale and Annie's sister-in-law) is the best instructor, having taught nearly 25 years of classes, and likely thousands of crafters about weaving magical lavender wands.

New! Paint Your Choice of Next Box for a Variety of Wild Birds

Did you know that the farm is a Certified Bird Friendly Habitat with the New Hope Bird Society? (Formerly Audubon) Join in the fun by creating a nest box for your yard. Choose either the enclosed nest box for smaller birds like Bluebirds, Chickadees and Wrens or an open-air box for Cardinals, Robins and other birds who enjoy fresh open spaces. Create your choice of bird house with the help of the amazing Zach and Caroline Shumaker for $32. Space is limited. Kids must be accompanied by an adult to participate. Allow up to two hours.

Create a Quilt Square for your garden shed, porch, fence, barn -- anywhere!

Choose from a variety of ready-to-paint designs, with two that are unique to the farm. Select your favorite paint colors to create your very own quilt square. With guidance from a local woodworking expert, adults paint a 24-inch x 24-inch barn quilt square for $55, supplies included. Kids paint a 12 x 12 for $35, supplies included and must be accompanied by an adult to participate. Space is limited, allow 2 hours.

Lavender Craft Workshops

Create fairy crowns or mini wreaths, simple bundles, or swags using fresh lavender blooms with fresh lavender blooms. Experience "shucking" lavender (removing the fragrant florets from the stems) and tie up your very own sachet with preserved lavender too! $25, supplies included.

Lavender Reset Yoga Experiences with Nicole Rippy or Saskia Meckman.

Through the lens of Kaiut Yoga, Nicole will guide you through simple, accessible movements designed to support your joints, calm your nervo

us system, and create the conditions for lasting change. This is not about pushing or fixing--it's about listening, allowing, and creating safety in the body. Step into a space where your body can finally exhale. Surrounded by the soft scent of lavender and the quiet rhythm of nature, this gentle, restorative experience invites you to slow down, reconnect, and return to yourself. Whether you're feeling stiff, overwhelmed, or simply ready for a reset, this practice meets you exactly where you are. To close, you’ll create your own lavender ritual sachet—a simple, sensory anchor you can take home, reminding your body how to return to this state anytime.

Saskia Meckman (she/her) has been a Registered Yoga Teacher, since 2003. Saskia holds certifications in Kripalu Yoga, Prenatal Yoga, Radiant Child Yoga, Stand Up Paddleboard (SUP) Yoga, and Yin Yoga. Over the years, she has studied meditation and mindfulness, weaving these practices into her Mindful Yin Yoga class. Join Saskia Meckman under the shade of the maple tree for two styles of soothing and stretchy yoga: 

Mindful Yin Yoga on Saturday - a slow-paced form of yoga where passive and longer-held positions allow for participants to surrender in each pose, using stillness as a doorway to both physical release and mental calmness. This very gentle practice encourages mindfulness and deep relaxation, while nourishing the connective tissues within the body.

Slow Flow Yoga on Sunday - a gentle form of yoga that focuses on alignment and breath allowing for intentional transitions and deep mind-body awareness. This practice will stretch and strengthen your entire body while creating space for stillness. Gentle seated postures ground your body followed by standing poses to build strength and balance. 

To close, you’ll create your own lavender ritual sachet—a simple, sensory anchor you can take home, reminding your body how to return to this state anytime. Both classes are accessible to all levels, newcomers to advanced students. Bring your mat and water bottle.

The Animal Protection Society of Caswell County will be on the farm! Come get some dog cuddles, learn about adoptable rescue pets and resources to support you and your new four-legged best friend. Make a donation to APS Caswell and get your face painted!
